PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Availability
The estimated availability of products on our product pages is subject to change without notice. While we strive to keep our on-line inventory up to date, our stock changes on a daily basis and listed availability may not reflect current stock conditions.
Payment
Online purchases can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Simply a Boy reserves the right to verify any information the user provides before accepting an order. Simply a Boy will attempt to time the charging of your credit card to your order ship date.
Shipping
Orders will be filled as promptly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. UPS is our standard carrier and, for most items, you may choose from UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
The shipping rates for items sent directly from Simply a Boy’s warehouse are based on the weight of the items and shipping method. Shipping rates for drop-ship items are determined by merchandise totals. Shipping will be calculated for you when you checkout.
Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together due to size and weight, and may be received separately. We only ship to customers in the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to other countries at the present time. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Drop-Ship Items
Drop-ship items will be sent to you directly from the supplier. These are usually bulky items such as furniture that we prefer not to warehouse ourselves. Drop-ship items are noted on the product page under the Shipping Information section. Drop-ship items sent directly from our suppliers may and usually do take a bit longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. With the exception of damages, we do not accept returns for drop ship items.
Most of the larger drop-ship items such as furniture ship via a freight carrier only and express shipping is not available for these items. Freight delivery includes delivery to your curbside and does not include inside delivery or setup unless otherwise noted or special arrangements are made. Please contact us to make special delivery arrangements. Freight charges assessed will be clearly indicated on the product page of the item.
Tracking Your Package
Prior to shipment of your package, you will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to track the status of your package.
Damaged Items
If you are in receipt of a damaged shipment, please call Simply a Boy at 214.823.1125 or e-mail us immediately at customerservice@simplyaboy.com and we will process a claim and/or a replacement. UPS sometimes requires an inspection of the damage, so please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods until further notice. You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of damaged goods, or in the case of a lost package, within 7 days of the expected delivery date of the package as noted in the tracking information provided to you by Simply a Boy. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon receipt and continue to track the progress of the shipment of your package to ensure that you meet this required timeline or a claim cannot be processed on your behalf. Replacement items will be sent upon completion of the claims process when warranted.
Our Guarantee/Returns
We will be happy to accept returns for items that are not drop-ship items for up to 21 days from purchase date. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was purchased including tags and boxes (not shipping boxes). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and please note that original shipping charges may not be refunded. Please call customer service at 1.800.960.1452 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of purchase date. You will need to update your packing slip with the RMA number. Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.

For your security, please return your item with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, and USPS) and retain your receipt. Refunds will be processed with 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping charges may not be refunded. If you received the item as a gift, we will issue a store credit only.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at orders@simplyaboy.com or 214.823.1125 and we will gladly cancel your order if the order has not been processed or shipped.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that awe may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Out of Stock
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.
Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to Texas residents only.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Simply a Boy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Simply a Boy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Simply a Boy shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Simply a Boy without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
